I love to knit and crochet but my ADHD causes some issues. I also have a learning disability which makes the instructions appear like someone with dyslexia. Any suggestions for a frustrated knitter? There’s nothing more heart breaking then beginning a pattern getting on my way, only to come to a spot that I just don’t understand. I love your work it’s absolutely gorgeous.
My only thought is to perhaps get a friend to read the pattern, possibly making a recording of her reading it so you can go back to it when you want?
If you are on Ravelry.com, there’s a group called “Crafting with Visual or Perception Differences”. Perhaps they can offer some suggestions.
